Tour Overview
Daywise Tour Itinerary
Arrival at Bagdogra Airport / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station / Hasimara Railway Station, our representative will receive the guest and transfer to Phuentsholing. Check in at Hotel. After completing the ILP permit formalities. Relax the day. Evening, free to stroll around the town & Stay overnight at Phuentsholing.
After morning breakfast transfer to Thimphu. The capital city of Bhutan. Throughout the chilling weather, greenery & the spectacular view of mountain range take a break an hour at Dantak Canteen. After reaching there, check into Hotel & stay overnight at Thimphu.
In the morning after breakfast, get ready for your stint with Thimpu and visit from truly significant places. Start with the Takin Reserve that is home to the national animal of Bhutan, Takin. At the BBS Tower, you get an opportunity to see Thimpu in all its majesty from this vantage point. You also get to see the largest golden statue of Buddha in sitting position at the Kuensel Phodrang. Trashichhodzong is another beautiful place to visit in Thimpu. Last stop today is the Handicrafts Museum that showcases the art and craft of the local Bhutanese. After the whole day excursion back to hotel. Relax an evening & stay overnight at Thimphu.
After done with your breakfast, check out from hotel and transfer to Paro. It is located at 7483ft above from sea level. It is specially known for the one and only international airport in the country. After reaching at Paro, check into hotel and freshen up. Later proceed for local sightseeing tour of Paro, like Drukgyal Dzong, Taktsang Monastery ( View Point ), Paro Museum, Ta Dzong etc. Relax an evening & night stay at Paro.
Pack your bags and post breakfast, check out from the hotel. Then you would be transferred to the New Jalpaiguri Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport / Hasimara Railway Station for your journey back to home. This marks the end of our “Bhutan Tour".

Cancellation & Refund
Policy Regarding Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:
Please note – Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs – in case of cancellation of tour services after the booking is made with us – a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.
In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
Refund
In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 – 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.
