Daywise Tour Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrival and transfer to Jaigaon / Phuentsholing.

Arrival at Bagdogra Airport / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station our representative will receive the guest and transfer to Jaigaon / Phuentsholing. Check in at Hotel. After completing the ILP permit formalities. Relax the day. Evening, free to stroll around the town & Stay overnight at Phuentsholing.

Day 2 : Transfer to Thimphu.

Finish your breakfast early in the morning and then drive to Thimphu. The capital city of Bhutan. Throughout the chilling weather, greenery & the spectacular view of mountain range take a break an hour at Dantak Canteen. At evening check into Hotel & stay overnight at Thimphu.

Day 3 : Thimphu Local sightseeing.

After a healthy breakfast Proceed to visit local sightseeing of Thimphu city. The national library, Memorial Chorten, Handicraft, Institute, School of Art & Craft, Centenary farmer market, Tashichhoe Dzong, Handicrafts Institute, BBS tower, Institute of traditional medicine, Folk heritage museum, Buddha view point, SAARC assembly house, etc. After the whole day excursion back to hotel. Relax an Evening & Stay overnight at Thimphu.

Day 4 : Transfer to Punakha.

After morning breakfast the guest will be transfer to Punakha. Enjoy the mesmerizing views of lovely nature. Take a short break at Dochula Pass. Which is located at altitude of 3100 Mtrs above from sea level. Resume the journey to Punakha. Check into Hotel. Afternoon go to visit for Punakha sightseeing like the Dzong of Punakha, Chimmi Lhakhang, Lobesa etc. After excursion check in at hotel. Stay overnight at Punakha.

Day 5 : Transfer to Paro.

Have some delicious breakfast and then transfer to Paro . It is located at 7483ft above from sea level. It is specially known for the one and only international airport in the country. On the way to Paro visit Royal Botanical Park at Lamperi. Check in to Hotel . At evening, free to stroll around & stay overnight at Paro.

Day 6 : Paro local sightseeing.

Begin the day with a hearty breakfast. Later proceed for local sightseeing tour of Paro. Visit – Drukgyal Dzong, Taktsang Monastery ( View Point ), Paro Rinpung Dzong, Kitchu Monastery, Paro Museum, Ta Dzong, Bird View of Paro Airport, Etc. At evening check into Hotel and free to stroll around & stay overnight at Paro.

Day 7 : Excursion to Chelala Pass

In the morning, after breakfast drive to Chelala Pass. It is situated at the height of 3988mtr above from sea level. It is remarkable for the highest motor able pass in Bhutan. The several flowers, Plants, trees and the natural views are the most attraction of the place as well as the paranomic view of Mount Jhumolhari, Jichu Drake etc. Evening, back to hotel & stay overnight at Paro.

Day 8 : Departure

After having your breakfast, finally end the tour of Bhutan and transfer to board the train at Hasimara / New Alipurduar railway station. Tour forwarded to next destination…

Cancellation & Refund

Policy Regarding Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure

In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:

30 days & prior to arrival – 10% of the tour/service cost.
20 days to 18 days prior to arrival – 20% of the tour/service cost.
14 days to 16 days prior to arrival – 25% of the tour/service cost.
10 days to 08 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour/service cost.
07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND.

Please note – Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs – in case of cancellation of tour services after the booking is made with us – a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.

In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.

Refund

In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 – 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.
